This is the one that replaces the notes app.
At scale. A card with 30 people on it draws 30 rows at 52px, roughly three thumb scrolls, and the send button sits under the block rather than at the end of the whole card. Ticks fire on lift with a movement threshold, so scrolling past them never ticks anybody.
The card versus using it. This is the bit I had backwards before. The shelf holds your cards. Using one makes a copy for this Saturday and leaves the card alone.

Their phone numbers go in the To line, and your phone shows their names instead of the digits because they are in your contacts. The card's words become the message. Nothing sends. You read it and hit send yourself.
Three things worth knowing
It does not make a saved groupIt starts a message to those people. On an iPhone, if you already have a thread with exactly those same people, it lands in that thread. One person different and it is a new one.
Copy the message copies words, not numbersThe dinner details, the same text as the message. That is all.
There is a third way, and it is your callYour phone's share sheet, the standard panel that offers Messages, WhatsApp, Mail. Works on every phone including every Android, but it cannot fill in who it goes to. You pick them in the sheet.
What I need from you here
One button with the small Copy line under it, or do you want the share sheet as a third option too. Those are all the paths that exist.
What to call them. Your note: Cue Cards might be too cheeky given the cue sayings going in elsewhere.
The options
CardsPlain. "Your cards." "New card." Leaves the whole cue budget for the sayings.
Cue cardsThe pun is right there and it is a real phrase. Risk: it reads as flashcards, and it spends cheekiness you wanted for the sayings.
PlansAlready means something else in the app, the tasks under a group. Would collide.
DetailsHonest about what they hold, but flat, and "little details" is already taken.
KeepsakesWarm and on compass, but wrong for a potluck you are organising this week.
My read, for what it is worth: Cards. The thing is already visually a card, so the plain word disappears into the object, and Cue stays available for the moments that earn it.
